Let's Throw Some Light on the Life Buddha
His original name is Gautama Siddhartha as he was born as a prince in Lumbini in the Shakya clan. During the course of his early childhood and when he turned young he was never exposed to any kind of sufferings until he got married. He was married at the age of 16 to Yashodara. After that a son was born to them.
Later, as it was destined, he witnessed misery at the age of 29 when he got the opportunity to move out of the palace area. Before that he was never allowed to go out as his father always kept him surrounded by luxuries and all the necessary facilities.
Once he got the chance to move out on a chariot during which he witnessed four miseries. The four miseries were in the form of an old aged person, a diseased body, a corpse and an ascetic. These four incidents transformed his life and provoked him.
After this he left the palace in search of peace and eternal happiness. After years of meditation, learning and travel he attained enlightenment and became Buddha. If we bifurcate the word Buddha it shows "Bu" meaning buddhi or the intellect.
Buddha spent many years practising yoga, meditation and other forms of spiritual satisfaction. Once he became the enlightened one, he acquired several powers and strength to deal with life problems and solve the problems of others. Buddha is still known for his teachings and even Buddha idols or Buddha statues are kept at house for positive benefits.

Buddha transforming the life of a Human turned Demon
There was this man famous by the name of "Angulimala". Now you must be thinking how one can be famous by such a weird name. But yes, this person was famous by this name as he used to wear the garland of people's fingers.
Getting the glimpse of his life history and nature we found that Angulimala was a very angry person as he felt that the society is unfair to him. It often happens to us when we are young, we always find people being unfair to us, advising us or criticizing us for many things. So was the case with Angulimala, so he decided to kill 101 people in the town he was living in and cut one finger of them and wear it as a garland in his neck.
After this he went on killing people back to back which threatened the entire people of that town. He lived in the jungle which was the pathway to visit other places. People were afraid to go from this path. After a few years he killed hundreds of people and cut their fingers. As per his vow only one person was left. Once in that town came Gautama Buddha who was walking the way where the person lived. But everyone tried to stop him as they did not want to lose Buddha. But Buddha continued his going towards the jungle path where this wicked Angulimala lived.
Angulimala was sitting on the rock outside his house and enjoying his image of a terrifying person. He was pleased to see that people are afraid of him. This feeling gave him satisfaction of killing people. Then he saw Buddha coming towards him in the jungle. He rapred and tried to scare him, but Buddha kept on going with a smile on face. He was stunned then again he shouted but this did not affect Buddha.
He then asked Buddha, "Who the hell are you? Do you even know who I am?” He showed his mala of fingers. “Do you know anything about me?” …..Buddha said, “Yes, I have heard a lot about you.” and he kept walking. “Where do you think you are going? Are you still going when I am talking to you?” Buddha replied, “My going stopped a long time ago. I have arrived. You are the one who is trying to go somewhere.” This again amazed Angulimala and he laughed. He did not understand the meaning of Buddha's words and made fun of it. He called Buddha an insane man as he was walking and saying " I have arrived" and telling Angulimala that he was moving as Angulimala was standing at one place.
This puzzled Angulimala, who then forcefully asked him , " What's wrong with you ". Buddha said, "I have arrived a long time ago. I am not going anywhere. You are the one who is trying to go somewhere. But you don't know how to get there. Do you want my finger or my neck? You have already got fingers, you can hang my head as a pendant for the necklace. Because I am done, I have arrived. It does not matter for me whether I am physically here or not. You can do what you want.”
These words did hit Angulimala and he was curious to understand the true meaning of it. As he knew by killing Buddha his lust for killing 101 people will not be satisfied. So he stopped Buddha and asked him to explain the meaning of his words. Buddha then explained, "You are looking for fulfillment in your own way whereas I am fulfilled." Buddha explained to him the real meaning of fulfillment and after which Angulimala became his true disciple who went on spreading the teachings of Buddha worldwide.
